311 gets some notice. And suggestions on how "we the people" can approach government differently. Really interesting stuff here.

Hey gang. 59 days left. 59 days to work for the city. For grassroots politics. For East Portland. For S and W and N. For the next generation. For progressive politics in Portland. For the hardest thing many of us have ever done. 59 days. Let's do everything we can. Let's have no regrets. Let's do everything we can. For 59 days. - Jefferson

Jefferson stands tall along side the Gov for the signing of House Bill 4146 on human trafficking, that Jeff carried in the Oregon Legislature! Very proud of everyone's hard work on this one.

Three or Four backup point guards > One starting point guard. Just sayin.

10 thoughts about the Blazers current moves: 1) Three or four backup point guards ≥ One starting point guard. 2) Mehmet Okur ≥ Hasheem Thabeet ≥ Injured Oden. 3) Durant ≥ all but one to five NBA players. 4) Pain over past four years ≥ Joy after 2007 draft. 5) Nets first round draft pick ≥ all but three Blazers assets. 6) Ray Felton ≥ Steve Blake. 7) 0 ≥ Chances of getting Steve Nash and making a deep playoff run this year. 8) Hopes of starting from scratch ≥ Significant success in the next two seasons with Nate McMillan. 9) Seventeen Players > Number of players allowed on an NBA roster. 10) Hope ≥ No Hope.
