I'm passionate about reframing the nature of organisation. My technical focus is on business modelling, change management, brand strategy and social business design. Socially it's about enabling the talent in people as social leaders and co-creating powerful experiences and moments of connection that tingle.
I wore shoulder pads and big hair at Saatchis in the 1980's. Did the whole WPP thing in the 1990's. Went independent in the Noughties. Went social in 2008. I've worked with a *lot* of organisations and brands on strategy, change and brand identity and experience projects. I'm a founding member of of Seth Godin's Triiibes, a TEDX speaker on Reinventing Organisation, a Trustee of the Child's i Foundation and a collaborating author of the book Business Model Generation.
