ETAIL CANADA 2016: OMNI-CHANNEL RETAIL & BEYOND

eTail Canada 2016 was a great opportunity to look through the latest innovations, and discuss the trends affecting retail ecommerce and the omnichannel side of the business.

There were virtual product demonstrations - in the VR world, and Retail Robotics invading the physical channels. Good discussions about how NOT all omni-channel efforts are created equally, and which efforts are worth copying.

All told, a robust order management solution is often the starting point of a solid omni-channel strategy, that works.
