The opt-in default is set to opt in. Which means you have to specifically tell AT&T not to sell information about your location and behavior. This is crazy. It's fine if AT&T wants to ask my permission to sell my data, but it's not OK for them to sell it and then assume I'm fine with that.

Good move by Facebook, providing more details on their Home privacy policy ("we won't track all your data usage, must most of it"). But until Facebook starts allowing users to export their data from the service (which would represent an acknowledgement that the data on Facebook belongs to the user, not Facebook) there is no way any sane user would rely on Facebook Home.
