The pick ups are hit and miss. The deliveries are fine if they remember to make the arrangements first, if not then god help you. The payment system blanks out and you end up paying twice. Then they charge you £5 for extra insurance, damage your delivery and then refuse to pay out as the customer didn't mark damaged on the note, even though the driver confirmed and acknowledged the damage. They are also terrible at answering the phone and replying to emails. What a shower of a company, use at your peril!

Not the most reliable or helpful company, two bookings made and neither collected as booked. Getting hold of someone when things are not going right also seems to be a big issue and this should simply be a matter of picking up the phone. On couple of occasions someone did manage to answer the phone they were just plain rude. When you do answer the phone why not answer as Pallets2Ship? The only reason I have given 3 stars is when consignments did finally get collected and shipped service was good, although this is possibly down to the service provided by the individual carriers and not that offered by Pallet2Ship. Emailing them is a total waste of time; to date they have not bothered to acknowledge receipt of my many emails. We are a small freight forwarding company who believe service to our customers is paramount, not a view I feel is shared by Pallet2Ship.
