I enjoy it thus far! Close to home and probably the only library that is clean and allows you to bring a drink. There was one I went to that didn't allow food or drinks but was VERY dirty. I go here when I don't feel like taking the trip all the way to the UTEP library. The noise doesn't get to me much since I put my headphones on. The staff is friendly and willing to help. When kids get crazy a staff member gets on it immediately and tells them to quiet down. Cozy and warm

Love going to this library, so clean, organized, very peaceful and they have so many free resources. The only thing I wish was different was the hours, they open late which is sometimes an inconvenience but other than that 2 thumbs up :)

I try to come here and study and the people are rude including most of the staff except for 2 people. Parents do not watch their children, people play their music loudly, and personal conversations are heard throughout, Instead of keeping an inside voice they like to talk loudly and disturb others. Do not bother bringing the information to the staff's attention they said there is no policy against noise and will do nothing about it.

This library has a friendly staff, large computer area, and a very cozy, peaceful atmosphere in general. It is especially useful for a long study day. Right when you walk in it gives off the feel of a strong community involvement, which I love. However, hands down, the best feature: the rare availability of a good bike rack right in front of the building. This was the deal breaker for me personally, wouldn't choose any other library.

For the times that I have been here, librarians are helpful, courteous, patient, friendly & attentive. This location is clean & organized. The only thing I feel needs a bit of tweaking, is the El Paso Public Libraries hours. It would be awesome if the scheduled hours were extended....
