Tell us your favorite heart-healthy recipe in a comment in honor of American Heart Month! And here’s a great heart-healthy and unique side dish #Recipe to add to your repertoire:
Among my friends who like cauliflower, this is a huge favorite. In fact every person who tries it looks surprised that they enjoy it as much as they do. If you’ve ever enjoyed a cauliflower dish, I suggest you add this to your “must-try” list.

Here’s a fun fact for Presidents Day: Andrew Johnson never learned to read or write until he got married at 18, his wife then taught him. Like this status if you didn’t know this little fact about our 17th President. Happy Presidents Day!

February is American Heart Month. About 600,000 people die each year from heart disease. The main sign of a heart attack is chest discomfort lasting more than a few minutes or going away and returning. This can include feeling pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain. Follow the link and know the signs of a heart attack, stroke, and cardiac arrest.

An average person takes between 5,000 and 7,000 steps in a day. Keeping an active lifestyle is great for a healthy heart! Measure your steps in one day and set small goals to work yourself up to a bigger amount of steps. Have an end goal of around 3,000 more active steps, than you take today, at least three times a week. And remember to talk to your doctor before adding any strenuous physical activity. Step into the future and keep rhythm in your heart. #TuesdayTip

Shadow or No Shadow? That is the question that every one is wondering today after this cold and bitter winter. What were you hoping Punxsutawney Phil predicted? Happy Groundhog Day

If you have a desk job, take the time to do a couple laps around the office at least twice a day. It will get your legs stretched and keep activity levels up. This small tip can add up throughout the year.

Nason icu failed to produce a urologist, the staff was rude and unfriendly to my wife, they didn't answer the door to their unit, and after the patient ( my brother in law) died....they sent him a freaking survey snail mail. Keep driving toward Pittsburgh...

Nason maternity staff called child protective services on my family for not immunizing our newborn. Know that while it is your right as parents to refuse immunizations for religious beliefs, this hospital takes a stance against it and considers you an abusive parent. This is now a standard at Nason! I wonder if monetary reasons control their stance?
