Loved the view! Every room has a view of the ocean. The hotel was clean. The only complaint I have is the breakfast buffet. The food was not good. I was upset I paid for myself and 2 kids to eat and my kids didn't eat really. They took one bite of sausage and spit it out. Tried the scrambled eggs and that tasted like reheated mess.

Stayed for over a week and it was awesome, hesitant after reading the few negative comments, we were blown away with awesome customer service and great location. Knew going in that there was no free breakfast, any onsite restaurant is going to be pricey. VIEW was awesome loved the 2 pools and hot tub. Hope to go again in the winter time.

Stayed three nights in mid-September....Great room with great view. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. It is a great place to see the ocean. However, the hotel is advertised and we were told it had an onsite restaurant...Well, that really means a walk-up, self-service deli counter. You request food from a wall menu, it is prepared, served at the counter and you carry it to a table in the area. Food is so-so but overpriced for what you get and the fact it is "serve yourself". Also, you will wait in line during busy times.

We booked the only King suite in the whole place when we went to stay. It was a great choice. The 2 room suite let us close the door while our son slept on the fairly uncomfortable pull-out sofa in the main room. The main bed was comfortable and the room was big and well appointed. The main area has a small kitchette that includes a refrigerator and microwave. The suites are on the ends of the building so we had a great view of the beach and the pool. Since it was February when we stayed, we didn't try the outdoor pool. but the indoor pool was ok and also has a hot tub next to it. The only surprise was that the continental breakfast was $13/person. I thought was a little high, but there are so many other choices for breakfast nearby it's fine.

It's always a great trip when we come and stay here. They have Starbucks and a great little bistro in the lobby, indoor pool and hot tub time as well as oceanfront rooms with great views. This staff is always super sweet down to earth professional . We found out about this place walmart on head come down on a business trip, they seem to have accommodate lots of business trips, weddings, and other similar events. But I must say even when they have lots of people staying for an event, no noise has never been a problem, service has never been slighted, they are very good at balancing everyone's needs . It's located close to lots of different things: attractions, restaurants, other such event$I definitely recommend this hotel we will be staying here again and again

Very disappointing. I booked for three nights - at over $300 per night but stayed only two. The hotel was dirty, the air conditioner loud and clunky and a carnival that opens in the evening sits just beside it. One morning, while eating breakfast, I noticed dead flies on the windowsill (tables butt up to the windows). The pool was filthy - hotel guests were cleaning debris out of the pool at 8AM before they would let their kids swim and the hallways were a mess. During my visit, I noticed the hotel manager walking the hotel with a gentleman with a clip board. All of the staff (in the cafe, in the lobby, housekeeping) were all uptight - at one point, there were two housekeepers frantically vacuuming the 2nd floor hall (for the first time). I left on my third day feeling like I wasted a thousand dollars on a Motel 8. As a Marriott Rewards member, I am very disappointed that this hotel is even considered part of the Marriott family- I am going to be more cautious booking again and may just go with a local motel further down the strip next time.

The first thing we noticed was a large stain on the carpet of our room. The sliding glass door to the terrace was smeared with a small child's finger prints. We couldn't make coffee because the filter basket was missing and it took 2 days for it to be replaced. The outdoor pool was filthy. there was an oily residue floating on the pool and the tiles hadn't been cleaned in a very long time as there was scum on them. The pool water appeared green as opposed to the expected blue. We stayed for 3 days and in that time I don't think the carpet in the hallways had been vacuumed at all. I would not recommend this hotel. It is not what one would expect of a Marriott property.
