Bond’s watch is fitted with a miniature piton and retractable high-tensile wire. 007 uses the wire from his watch to escape the explosion in the nuclear bunker in Kazakhstan.

The Wallis Autogyro (nicknamed “Little Nellie”) is used by Bond to try and locate Blofeld’s hidden rocket base from the air. The weapons include two fixed machine guns, rocket launchers, heat-seeking missiles, rear-firing flame guns and aerial mines. “I came up with making it look like a wasp, painting it yellow with black-and-white stripes,” says Production Designer Ken Adam. You can see Little Nellie at the Bond In Motion exhibition at the London Film Museum.
