Fast food Italian American chain restaurant. Conveniently located next to Fenway park for baseball games. Comfortable location for Boston Paint Nite events.

The service was amazing but even better than that was the food. The meal was delicious, all the meals were perfectly cooked. The desserts were breath taking. The chocolate chip cookie was perfectly done. The chocolate chips ware perfectly melted and went great with the ice cream and the crispiness off the cookie. Another dessert that was outstanding was the Italian cheesecake. It was absolutely spectacular. :)

The food is reasonably good, but very caloric. The restaurant is clean and has lots of natural light and the staff is very personable. They make you feel like you've known them for ages and are happy to change the TV station to the game you want to watch--even if a Sox game is on, they'll find a TV for you! This place is conveniently located by the Kenmore T stop and near Fenway.

This place is pretty great for how busy it gets, especially during Sox games. I've never had a bad experience and the food always comes fast. We even did a lot of group takeout orders and catering and were always satisfied. I like Bertucci's in general but I think this is one of the best branches I've been to. I really like the prosciutto and arugula pizza.

Do not apply to work here. They strung me me along for a month and a half saying that they were going to hire me as a full time server. After I called at the end of the month, they offered me a part time carry out job.

Waitress was clueless and always behind the 8 ball. We had to ask for refills, she didn't know the menu and the food was soggy when it arrived. The food had either been in an oven or a heat lamp for way to long because when it arrived the edges were rock hard. I've been to fast food places that were more Italian than this place and we won't be back. The bread rolls were good. I had the chicken parm and it comes in a deep dish on top of penne pasta. In my opinion, totally wrong kind of pasta. The Alfredo sauce tasted like it came out of a bottle.

This was my 4th time visiting Bertucci's while in Boston, and each time has been fantastic. The service is excellent, and James Harwin, the hospitality manager, has personally greeted me and checked on me during my last 2 visits. The food is excellent, and overall value is also tops. If you are in Kenmore Square, I highly recommend Bertucci's!
