30 Squat to press
15 burpees
40 Squat to press
15 burpees
50 Squat to press

*Choose a light weight for squat to press! Half of what you would normally do. Trust me, you'll still DIE ;)

Vanilla Choc Chip Protein Balls!
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup vanilla or plain protein powder
1/4 cup almond meal
2/3 cup natural peanut or almond butter
1 tbsp rice malt syrup /raw honey or 1/2 tbsp Natvia (stevia)
2 tbsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
2 tbsp raw buckwheat (optional)
METHOD:
Mix together the protein powder, almond meal and peanut butter in a bowl.
Add your sweetener of choice and mid again.
Stir in buckwheat (if using) and cacao nibs.
Use your hands to clump the mixture together, before breaking off chunks to rolling into smaller balls.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 mins before serving.
