Congressional Republicans have had years to present an alternative to "Obamacare" and, could/would come up with nothing that would be better. In fact, Obama solicited their input in crafting Healthcare legislation from the very beginning but, they cared more about denying him any accomplishments than about helping people. Their only goal was to de - legitimize him as a successful president in order to prevent his reelection. The truth is that "Obamacare" is largely "Romneycare"----a Republican idea that has been successful also; but, Republicans never mention that. Obamacare is here to stay one way or another. If it were repealed, millions of people who are now benefitting would be without health care and back to where we started. If a Republican is elected, they will only tinker around the edges of Obamacare and claim it as a Republican program.

All successful dramatic shows have to have relatable characters that endear them to viewers. Unfortunately, the characters in Elementary are written as sterile and unemotional human beings that only vaguely relate to each other, let alone to viewers. The only endearing quality of the characters happened when there was sexual tension between Sherlock and Watson; that attracted the attention of females to see if anything would happen between the two. However, the writing continued to try to keep the relationship sterile and uninteresting---romantic relationships are fertile ground for all manner of interesting plots for viewers. Producers, Directors, and writers should understand that if they want hit shows then, they have to give audiences what they want.

Science fiction shows are tricky to negotiate because they need to attract the average viewers who are not techno geeks. Every hit dramatic show has a "hook" and offers a little something for everyone; excitement and adventure for males, emotional and or romantic content for women. Extant was so scientifically oriented that only geeks could be interested; the science overshadowed the human elements---- including Berry.

The bucs may not make the playoffs this year---- so what? The point is that it takes time to mold a young team into a winner. There are idiots who have been around sports long enough that they are supposed to understand that fact. Lovie is only in the second year of that process and for some unexplicable reason, despite relatively quick progress, he is being vilified---I suspect the motives of someone who is already a Lovie basher only two seasons into his task of building a new team into a winning team.

I don't understand what you are trying to say. Are you accusing Hillary Clinton of subverting 27 million from public monies to Bill Clinton's charity? That would be illegal; Bill Clinton indirectly speaking with donors who were impressed with his and his wife's acumen is not!

The problem is that conservative governance has become a joke because it has taken a back seat to the "we want you to stop Obama" movement. Conservatives abandoned trying to legislate responsibly for trying to satisfy the anger and frustration of constituents who elected them on promises that they would best Obama...they failed. Because they failed, those constituents are even angrier and still searching for someone who can "repeal Obamacare" even though Obama's practically gone! They were promised things that they knew that they could not deliver ala Trump style so that they could get elected and further their political careers; Boehner finally admitted the truth.

The truth is that Obamacare is a success; not perfect but, a qualified success. Far fewer people have suffered a loss than those who have gained. The polls that indicate high opposition numbers reflect a high number of Republicans sampled---their dislike of Obamacare has more to do with their partisanship and hatred of Obama than the results of the policy.

This post is absurd. Obama is one of the smartest politicians to come along...it comes from being bi-racial and having to walk a tightrope between two separate worlds. He would never be silly enough to try to control Biden, a good friend, in that manner. Biden is, and always has been, his own man and Obama knows that Biden would never agree to such a thing---this is only another Republican attempt to misrepresent and demonize Obama but the truth will out.

It is patently absurd that this guy received a life ending spinal injury in that van. His injuries were consisten with "CHOKE HOLD" injuries. Any expert martial artist could tell you that. I don't condone riots but cop cover ups either. He was injured when taken down and dragged to the van and ignored.

I doubt Gray was an important informant. Most likely, cops seriously injured him during the initial arrest and ignored him in transit. Pay attention to his lower body as he is dragged to the paddy wagon.
