I've stayed here several times over the last 10+ years and the service and accommodations have always been outstanding. I appreciate the hotels close proximity to the 101 freeway, restaurants, and shopping. Rooms are consistently clean, and comfortable.

I got a great deal on a couple nights here and it was very nice. Housekeeping came pretty early but were happy to come back later. Definitely worth what I paid.

We stayed in a king room for two nights. Pros: the room was large, bathroom was spacious, bed was comfortable, there was free coffee in the room, pretty clean, big windows, blackout curtains, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Cons: the lighting in the bathroom was very dim, room was humid and damp throughout our stay even though we had the AC on the entire time, mold in the window sills, no refrigerator, cheap and insufficient shower head, tub was dirty when we checked in, and ridiculously slippery bathroom floor when even a little bit wet. Bottom line: the room wasn't bad, but for $200/night, I expect a little more.

Checked in around midnight. Used a Hyatt diamond upgrade to a suite. Room had unemployed trash and used soap in the shower and sink. Bed linens were not changed out from prior guest just bed made. Complained to overnight manager. Housekeeping had left for the night. Changed the sheets myself with the help of security. Received$40 credit. Mediocre suite upgrade. View of trees and parking lot.

I booked my room through a third party and would have not expected it to make a difference in the attitude of the staff. That turned out to be a large misconception on my behalf. The woman that checked me in was very condescending when I inquired about the possibility of having accommodations with two queen beds or a balcony. It was if I were a second class citizen because I did not book directly with the hotel. Westlake Village is my home town and I was looking forward to being back but to face this type of attitude at check in was unnecessary and not appreciated. Our room was small, had zero cell reception, no coffee for the coffee maker, hot and depressing. I will not stay here again and will be speaking with the many friends and family still in the area.
