Digital Theta Orthotics are printed on a Rapid Prototyping Printer. Molds are then made from those parts which are then used to create the finished product. Using a 3D printer drastically reduces the cost of the molds since they do not need to be cut on a CNC Mill. The entire process takes less than 4 days.
