I still remember the first time I walked into the back area, gentlemen was playing the piano, candles (can't recall if they were real) on the table and it just felt magically charming. Asking myself- why haven't I been here sooner?! I was told by a friend to try the Manhattan Burger claiming it was one of her favorites in the city and yes I see her point. It was delicious. Bread pudding for dessert was terrific along with other small dishes I have tried since returning. Brought the parents who also loved it and how beautiful it is. Great date spot

Always have a nice time here. Staff is chill and kind and food is tasty. Always a treat if the piano is playing.

I was only here for drinks, not dinner. The atmosphere is really warm and sort of rustic, very inviting. The live piano is amazing. I can't wait to go again. The only thing I didn't really love were the cocktails.

What's not to like? The cocktails are fantastic, weekend dancing and piano jams abound and the food's great too. The only problem is that Manhattan Inn is a little too good and has a tendency to get pretty crowded. But, usually worth it!

CHARMING! WARM! LIKE A DREAM! The Manhattan Inn hosted for me a Sunday brunch birthday party for about 20 people and IT WAS AMAZING. Emily, the manager, was over-the-top helpful the day of the event, and very open and easy with which to work in the days leading up to the event itself. The atmosphere is top notch - chill, natural sunlight, warm, traditional, classic. We were able to send people ahead of the party to decorate with balloons and flowers and other items. When I walked in with the guest of honor, my girlfriend, she was blown away. The piano is in the center of the room, and the pianist Ian was wonderful. The whole day was like a dream and we are incredibly thankful to Emily, our server Chloe, and the whole staff. We were even able to bring a cake which we cut and served ourselves, with Emily and Chloe's help in preparing it. Emily and Chloe were very attentive to us and we able to meet and even ANTICIPATE our needs as the event wore on. After brunch, we were able to hang out and bring our own instruments to play our own music. What a day!

Great place to go with friends or on a hot date!! Service is always friendly. The food is wonderful. They have a lot of small plates. I LOVED the mussels! Comes with a mound of fries on top! I ordered the Thunderdome as my cocktail. It was amazing! Like an Old Fashioned with pizzazz! Piano player was rocking. Full back room. Great vibes all around! Definitely will return!

Had a really enjoyable night here on our trip to New York. The food wasn't anything spectacular, although I had a very tasty burger. Get a seat in the back room if there's music or piano on. It makes for a really lovely atmosphere, especially if on a date.

Classic drinks in a dark, wood-paneled piano bar. I'm always confused about their credit card policy for some reason. Friendly bartenders and a fine staff. My favorite (the French 75) doesn't appear to be on the cocktail list anymore, but I'm sure it's not off the table.
