Absolutely delicious! Went here for lunch and ordered the drunken noodles. I can't recommend this dish enough. It had the right amount of spices to bring out all the flavors without overloading on any one flavor. The space is ample has a nice ambiance with great service to go along with the experience.

Blue Ginger – Wellesley, Massachusetts – 3/9/2016 This is one of two restaurants on by the renowned chef Ming Tsai in the Boston area. I’ve been to both and prefer this one as it is more my style of dining. I had the pleasure of meeting Ming at his other restaurant just a couple of weeks ago… It all begins with the ease of online reservations… A super friendly staff that greets you with a smile when you arrive and brings you right to your table… From your table you can see the kitchen staff preparing the evening’s delicacies… For tonight’s gastronomic adventure… The Chef’s Tasting Menu… Six courses including dessert. Curried Tomato Soup with shallot-mint ham and saffron-coconut Crema… Bigeye Tuna Poke with crispy sushi rice cake and micr green-tosaka salad… Sake-Miso Marinated Sablefish (aka Butterfish) wasabi oil, soy-lime syrup and vegetable soda noodle sushi… Foie Gras-Shitake Shumai in Sauternes-shallot broth… Garlic-Black Pepper Lobster and Grilled Flat Iron Steak, lemongrass fried rice and pea tendril salad with tamari-ginger vinaigrette… And to top it off… Tahitian Vanilla crème Brûlée and Bittersweet Chocolate Cake served along side a nice hot cappuccino! The entire meal was executed perfectly from the plating to the pace at which I am accustomed to dining. David’s attention to detail made it an extremely satisfying fine dining experience… You need to try it for yourself… This place is simply amazing!

Let me start by saying the drinks were great! Phenomenal cocktails, hands down! The service is dreadful, honestly, took forever to order and forever to receive food. Forever, I know sounds like an exaggeration, but it's not. The food was overly salty, and while occasionally had its ups, most of the food was equivalent to Chile's quality. Very disappointing food. We had the Calamari, Spring Rolls, Lobster and Lamb. The lamb was the best thing... Everything else was in our opinion over priced. We will be back for the drinks but not for the food.

I went here on recommendations of coworkers. However I, was very disappointed. The calamari dipping sauce was super salty and the pulled pork pot-stickers were very bland. Add to that service was really not on par with a restaurant of this caliber. They never asked if everything was good/ok. I had to ask for salt and sauce to try to make the pot-stickers better. I only ate 1/2 of them and gave up. They were not enjoyable. and the server just wanted to pull them and didn't care if i enjoyed my meal. The management was very apologetic but it was way past any opportunity to make any amends.

I have been twice and it is over priced ok food. This time I got the salmon and it was fishy. Very sad.. My cousin got a chicken noodle dish -dry over cooked but great noodle if you like lemon which I do. My grandfather loves the lamb. My uncle liked the lobster. My fiancé is dumbfounded how they stay in business. Appetizers and desserts were ok. The service and setting were good, but there are far better choices. Personally if I was a master chef and read the many mixed reviews like mine I might do something about it. Too bad I won't find out cause this was my last try.

Strange that a restaurant with such acclaim and at this price point can show lack of technique and low complexity in flavor. Saltiness is almost lazy and an insult. Service was okay, and the tables are small. Dim, romantic ambiance. Food has Asian influence at best, and attempts to present east-meets-west cuisine felt almost as if they were missing the eastern part of the cuisine.

I tried the sable fish and salmon. The sable fish was accompanied by a lot of things. There were noodles in a sushi roll, wasabi roe, wasabi paste, soy-lime syrup and wakame seaweed. The flavors didn't really mesh well though the texture of the fish was amazing. The salmon went similarly in that the fish itself was cooked well but the overall dish was confused. It was on a bed of risotto and broth so the creaminess I expect from risotto was lost in the broth.
