"Lookin' real tough with red reverse wheels". Just doesn't quite sing does it, lol. Apologies to Jan and Dean.
I think they're cool really. The stock look would have been rare because everybody bought aftermarket Cragars or E/Ts or Ansen mags. I think it's the mark of a hardcore sleeper racer. The type of guy that would spend his money on a pair of 10in Racemasters, to be carried in the trunk and only installed on race day, instead of flashy wheels.

BELIEVE it or not, this awesome 1971 Chevrolet Camaro was once owned by the founder of Papa Johns as an ordinary pizza delivery car. It changed hands and got some true lovin' from an avid car enthusiast and look at it now!
