Terrible experience! The service was extremely slow. I ordered ribs and ended up with food poisoning. My girlfriend's received a few small chunks of over cooked brisket. On top of it all, my server added her own tip to the bill. Last I knew that's considered theft. I would avoid this place like the plague.

We followed the advice of many food tv show hosts: "If you want to know where to get great food ask the locals". They recommend Norm's East End Grill. It was awesome! Excellent BBQ - they even sell their sauce (I bought a quart). It was very yummy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As an added benefit, it was super expensive either (Our bill averaged about $14 per person for the entree). My husband loved the homemade onion rings too. They were the best onion rings we've had.

Awesome place. Great ambiance, great service, and a unique menu that is as tasty as it sounds. I know one person who won't be eating at their neighbor anymore! Try East Ender and you won't regret it!

I went to Norm's with my little brother. His hamburger was so black on the bottom that I was surprised they served it. I asked for slices of cucumbers and tomatoes instead, since I knew he'd eat that. The waiter returned with a few slices of each. When I got the bill I was very surprised: they charged us for the hamburger and $5 for the vegetables. I asked to speak with the manager since the waiter said he couldn't remove the cost. The manager was SOO rude. He said we ordered a well-done hamburger and that I was true, but well-done doesn't mean "Can I have a large dose of carcinogens please?" And he said that the cucumber and tomatoes were a "special order" which explained the price! I asked this guy to be serious and he walked away from me. It was a miserable experience and I will NEVER return. The manager was so unprofessional and also, might I add, not sensitive to the fact that my brother is non-verbal, has autism and it's difficult enough to get him fed without this guy's BS. Grr! I didn't expect the few slices of veggies to be free but $5 is ridiculous... and the burger should have been removed from the bill without a problem. So, in conclusion don't expect any "special orders" or any sensitivities or accommodation for picky eaters. And P.S. The food is overpriced.
