We continue to love the consistently great food here, and it's our default restaurant for special occassions. We also continue to be disappointed in their wine list. Even Outback offers more than one Sauv Blanc and Pinot Gris by the glass! If I want to have a varietal with an appetizer, and different varietal with the entree, I don't need a bottle. I need selection! Shame on The Ranch for having such great food and such limited wine choices by the glass.

Fantastic potato and rosemary waffle. Fantastic chorizo and eggs (pictured). Not crazy about their hibiscus tea but others may like it. First time visit, will definitely come back

Very colorful hotel. Be prepared for a $25 resort fee, always incredibly annoying if you don't plan on using the pool, fitness center, etc. Internet is free if you are OK with slow, otherwise they want another 9.95 for faster service. Tinto is a very interesting restaurant. Very creative menu, great flavors. I found the lamb and octopus to be flavorful but not especially tender. Wine list is extensive with Spanish wines. Rooms are nice size and comfortable, sliding glass doors shut out pool noise very effectively.
