The filet was great and cooked to perfection! Along with that the staff is very friendly!

I ate at your restaurant on 9/7/14. Everything was fine until a fly was spinning like crazy on my table when my food arrived. I lost my appetite immediately. Also the booth was horrific. Need major cleaning.

At one time … before it became a chain … the LongHorn in Atlanta was a favorite eating place and drinking hole. They used to capitalize on a casual atmosphere, peanut shell strewn floors, cold long necks, friendly good-old-gal waitresses and lots of goofy old west paraphernalia. Today the Columbus franchise on Whittlesey is more high tech and too glossy/neat for my taste; yet the steak ain’t bad. The portions are smaller but in Columbus there isn’t much to select from when it comes to steak; the exception being Outback Steak House. I rate both of these restaurants even, but find myself going to the Long Horn for sentimental reasons

I love Longhorn but this location is not great. The service is slow, the employees are rude and I sat at the bar waiting for my to go order for over 30 minutes. I actually ordered the food 15 minutes before I got there. I could see my food (filet mignon) sitting in a to go order at the end of the bar the entire time I was there. When (after 30 minutes) the bartender finally brought it to me, I told her I would rather go next door and have burgers at 5 Guys than pay for that steak I watched sit for 30 minutes. I sat and talked at the bar with a couple guys who had been staying at the hotel behind the restaurant. One of them was given a medium well steak that he order rare and it wan't even the cut he ordered. We all saw it was wrong, but the bartender said it we were all wrong!

Waited 45 minutes for food. It was cold. They didnt have half of what I ordered. Small portions for very high price. The salmon is hard and overcooked. Overall hated it waste of my time and money

Went here for father's day, was told the wait would be maybe 20 minutes and we waited twice as long while people that came in long after were seated instead of us. When we finally asked why that was the case the hostess said they called us, which they didn't and our buzzer never went off. We were then told we would be seated in a few minutes and we promptly left. Also, the screaming and arguing coming from the kitchen was unreal. We won't be back.
