Thank you for the nice support during our trip and your help and Ritesh's Hospitality were really enjoyable. Overall we had a good trip.
A few suggestions if you would like to appreciate:
1. Not to use this 16-seater madeup TT for long trips and request you not to recommend also. It is OK for a day's trip.
2. Some drivers automatically understand the etiquette of tourism. Others need to be trained. Mr Dinesh falls in the second category and you need to train him to interact with tourists. Also request him to facilitate tourists with minimum walking and also not to promote his agents.
3. As a tour operators, you should provide the options of hiring guides from your side at a predetermined cost. As you are aware a lot of exploitation happens, (Mr.Ritesh was a witness at Ganga Arti) particularly in north India. The name of Operators as well as India get spoiled when exploitation is done by the agent of the driver.Instead you can provide option to tourists that you would be able to provide guide services at a specific cost. Make a permanent arrangement with 3-4 guides in each place with a specified amount. The matter operates smoothly.
4. Please check the vehicle in all respects before releasing for the tour. In the vehicle provided, video system was not operating and none of CDs we brought could be played. It would frustrate, if the day journey is longer.
