There is no bad time to visit the Huangshan Mountain. Winter is a particularly beautiful time to visit Huangshan, when the mountains and trees are covered with snow and ice making the entire area appear like a crystal wonderland.

High mountains, ancient pines, bizarre rocks, and seas of clouds form the essential elements of traditional Chinese landscape paintings that all come alive at this celebrated mountain.

Colorful Sister's Rice

Sisters' Meal Festival is the oldest Asian Valentine's Day. A few days before the Sisters' Meals Festival, Miao girls collect special wild flowers and leaves in the mountains to produce natural color to dye the glutinous rice, known as Sister's Rice, usually in blue, pink, yellow and white, that represent the four seasons.
