Disappointment does not even begin to express the feelings I get when think of the management here. 12/10/2011 my mother took our three children two are twins who are 7. And the other one is nine. They were there to see santa and shop. Their grandmother had to go to the bathroom and had to leave them on a bench right outside the bathroom door. One of the twins is mildly autistic and has other problems that he takes medication for. He and his brother got into a small altercation at which point nick began kicking the bench. Which I might add he has been told to do instead of striking another person. A metal bench which he could not break. Grandma comes out to find mall security calling in a police officer who then threatens to call a crisis center when she tells them that he is autistic. She says he has taken his medication when asked and is basically ignored and told that if she doesnt leave they will all be trespassed for one year. I realize that not being the parent of a child with anger issues it is hard to deal with a situation like this but have a heart. Its christmas and they are excited! Hope these guys get a class in ethics and how to be human. I hope that someone reads this and has a general interest to put some kind of policy in place. Sry to be so long winded im just frustrated. Merry Christmas to all.

As a photographer, there's very little resources in Florida for good photography rentals or equipment . Every time I want to buy something at the Ritz Camera store in port charlotte town center, they always have to order it. Why does the store even exist when I can just order everything myself online? All they have are picture frames and some camera bodies. Very little chance of seeing a prime lens in this store or anything of "professional" standards in photography.

So boring. Only good things about it is the food court, game stop, and the movie theater.
