My wife came in at lunch to get a new phone on her existing account. Since I had opened her account, they would not serve her. They gave her instructions for me to follow to add her to the account so she could upgrade the phone herself. The instructions did not work (after 3 tries), so we decided we needed to go to the store in person. 4 weeks later (the earliest we could both get to the same store), we walked into this store. We were told we had at least an hour wait. We left the store to run other errands and returned in 55 minutes. We were told our name had been called, and we had lost our place in line. We were told with a zombie-eyed quasi-politeness that we could wait the 41 minutes for the next opening, which we chose to do, rather than come back and start the whole cycle of frustrated time-wasting over again. So far, we've got about 45 minutes of our precious weekend invested in getting a new phone from AT&T. That's after one prior visit by my wife and at least 3 failed attempts by me to get her added to my account so this isn't a 2-person ordeal. But we're still waiting.... No phone yet. This started as a 1-star review. We've finally gotten served, by Timmy. Timmy has turned it to a 3-star review. Would've been 5 if we had started with Timmy. He was completely attentive and patient, couldn't have asked for any better. They just need to get their terrible customer wait scheme worked out.

It's fine. Never had any rude treatment here. Wouldn't say it's particularly friendly, but it's a good convenient store, convenient and clean.

Hiking trails are generally pretty good, and the park on the whole is very pretty. It's hilly and has a lot of hardwood. This time of year (early April) before the leaves are out, you can see a long way through the woods, and the white dogwood blossoms and pink redbuds make a beautiful contrast against the gray of the woods and the blue sky. The mountain bike trail system is very impressive, with lots of fun and picturesque trails. Usually we just go to Monty Bell for a day trip, but last night we stayed overnight in one of the cabins. The cabin it outwardly pretty attractive, a very modern style. The interior layout is very open, and many windows let in natural light. The front patio with outdoor fireplace was our favorite place to hang out. But the whole place seemed very neglected and kind of dirty. As an example, the firescreen on the fireplace was torn up very badly and was inoperable. We fortunately had well-seasoned wood that doesn't pop much, but it would have been a significant fire hazard otherwise. The refrigerator door handle was missing, the upper windows look like they hadn't been cleaned since before last summer, judging from all the spiderwebs and mud-dauber nests that looked fully intact. The interior floors are all stained concrete, which were attractive enough but there was only one rug for the main gathering room and one in a bedroom (none in the other bedroom). There was no coffee table in the gathering room, adding to the impression that the place is extremely sparsely furnished. The floors were dirty, including a very generous hardened smear of something that looked like peanut butter on the floor in front of the dishwasher. It was just kind of yucky inside. Overall as a place to stay, it was pretty disappointing. The upkeep reflects very little regard for the comfort and enjoyment of the guests.

Excellent duckling. I generally don't like duck at all but decided to give it another try, very happy with my choice. Sides were so good I'd have ordered a plate full of them had I known what to expect. Green beans, beets, bacon, and lentils. Absolutely perfect cook on the green beans and a fantastic combination of flavors, colors and textures. Chef and staff clearly know what they are doing and care about what they send out. Service was impeccable. Waitress and trainee waiter well-informed about menu, outgoing and courteous, not prone to hover, available when needed. My first time here, will certainly return.

Nice indoor range, very convenient to Franklin. Ventilation seems good, the smell stays pretty low even with a lot of shooters on range. Staff very helpful advising on differnt guns.

My wife and I have eaten at daVinci's probably 7 or 8 times over the course of the past 2 years. I've loved the food every time, especially the DaVinci board for 2 and whatever osso bucco they have. Service is consistently first-rate, atmosphere is very cozy and romantic. Most seating is very good, with many tables overlooking the main street from the second floor (especially pretty view in a heavy snow). Highly recommend.

I've always gotten outstanding, friendly & professional service at Christy in Winter Park. Tonight stopped by for a sore ankle from 10-yr old boots bought from another shop (before I started coming to WP). Left with thorough consultation and advice, $10 worth of padding. Can't say till tomorrow whether the padding works, but this is typical of this shop- simple, low-cost approach first before high-cost easy approach. I sincerely appreciate their respect for my feet and my pocketbook, and they will always get my business when I need to take the plunge on new boots and other hi-$ purchases.
