I have two full time positions for hardcore software engineers in the Core Architecture team of Concur, hardcore meaning non-manager and able to lead projects on your own and get into nitty gritty internals.  One position is in our Tyson's Corner Virginia office and the second is in our Prague office in the Czech Republic.  We are a small team in a larger development organization working on interesting scale problems, and projects in areas like cross language interoperability, developer frameworks, supporting multiple database engines, and cross datacenter data flow.

Why work on our team at Concur?

Gain experience with high-scale web development – millions of users in multiple datacenters
Work with experienced architects
Work with web services, mobile, and UI technology
Use modern frameworks like .Net MVC and Web API
Work with relational, NoSQL, caching, and queuing systems
Use languages like C#, Java, and Python or even VBScript/ASP, PHP, and Go
Use service-oriented architectures
Develop asynchronous, concurrent solutions
Windows and Linux environments

Contact me at brianw at concur.com with questions, or apply on our job site directly.

Not sure this is in my top 100 requests for the SQL server team. But interesting. May make it easier to implement complex changes by selecting into new tables
