Delicious breakfast. The service is excellent. I wish I could have just relaxed and enjoyed my breakfast, however Evan's tires called me to see what was happening with my tires. I must say the employee was so thoughtful they watched my things. I had my computer, calendar and a bunch of items I was about to work on. Very trustworthy business. Thank You!

I have been gluten free for the past 17 years. My sister wanted to take me out to breakfast someplace and I thought to myself...why don't we just make it ourselves..I know the food will be clean and GF. However after perusing google we found 2Good2B Bakery and decided to try it. It was a little trek from my house to theirs but so worth it. I checked out the menu and looked around. OMG what wonder things in there. Pot pies mind you, pizza's, fabulous cakes to order including wedding cakes mind you. Other goodies like a beautiful assortment of cup cakes, brownies, etc. I was in eating heaven. I think my eyes kept growing larger as I looked around....and I have small eyes. I was wondering how I was going to be treated (as in the past restaurants etc. aren't very knowledgeable about GF), and ran poor Sal through the ringer. He listened to LISTENED to all my allergies and didn't think I was crazy, as I do have a number of them. He was stellar thorough and patient. I went and sat down thinking MAYBE this place will be ok.....?! As I sat there I looked over the place and decided I had better take pictures. Lots of BEAUTIFUL bread to die for..and I am talking beautiful baby. And I bet they are just as delicious. 3 monitors showing exactly what they can do and offer (smart idea), GF information to keep you informed flashes before your eyes so you can sit back comfortably in your chair and chill. A coffee bar to please anyone, Little bags of goodies to buy, and goodies to drool over. My plate arrives as I take my final pic's. I sat down to a paper plate...but not just any paper plate. A square, strong, white paper plate and forks and knives. The plate looked almost real..kudos to whomever did it. Very upperclass paper plates. I had a non-caffeine tea and the American breakfast of eggs and bacon with wonderful baby red potatoes and sun dried tomatoes and spices. One of my allergies is MILK so they had Daiya, an alternative cheese that actually melts and has no casein in it. Ah Bliss. The serving isn't stingy either. I ate at 10am and was still good until 2pm! Whoa! EXCELLENT is all I can say. Next time I want to try the Omelets or better yet...the quiche, then maybe the Cinnamon Raisin French-Toast or Pancakes....omg I forgot to tell you the have a kids menu too. A Kids Scramble with toast and potatoes and you can add bacon or turkey sausage, Buttermilk Pancakes with REAL Maple Syrup, or for the non breakfast kid...Grilled Cheese. But that's not all they have SANDWICHES! and they make little lunch bags to GO! All without Gluten, Corn or Soy, GMO..are you kidding me? They make club and Panini. Soups, salads and flatbreads. Lastly they have rice pasta bowls. I am so ticked I don't live closer.... this could be dangerous. Lastly, this took far longer than I thought it the end GREAT PLACE...service, excellent, food excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent. 5 Star excellence all the way around. Thank you Diana Benidek for creating this GF oasis, Thank you Sal- your a gem and thank you to the rest of the staff and they were all working hard to make my food delicious and other patrons as well. Muahhh! So professional. It's so exciting to find people that really understand gluten and what it does to the body. I have a son with Aspergers who became one of the first success stories in San Diego County. I put him on the GF diet along with a special vitamin protocol. Everyone told me I was stupid and that it wasn't going to work...Well, it EAT THAT you guys! He attends regular classes and is college now and a musician. I also found out I was Celiac. So Gluten changed our lives. Get it out of yours. You will feel better and be healthier. Just say'n.

Sickening! Both wheat-allergic me and celiac friend got sick after eating the pepperoni pizza bought at Stumps market frozen section. Seems the pizza has gluten in it, despite the label.

Banana bread? "What do you want it for?" Just visited this Bakery today. I had lunch there which was good. But, afterwards I went back to the counter and asked an employee if they had banana bread. He seemed quite flustered and confused. He commenced talking a mile a minute, then mentioned something about banana muffins, then he asked, "What do you want it for?!" I replied, "... To eat!" ... Okay... Wait a minute... Did he just ask me that? I thought to myself.... Then he rambled on about a bunch more stuff, showed me some cinnamon bread, but the entire time very wound up and uptight. Those were about the only words I was able to get in as he kept rambling away... I just asked a pretty simple question about banana bread, which I thought, up until now, was American classic type of bread one would have for a snack or with coffee. Why did this create so much confusion? I don't know, but I basically just said "it's okay...", in a very calm manner, and left the store. Too intense for me. On one hand it was quite hilarious, but on the other hand... Really???? Did he really just ask me "what do you want it for?" a bakery??? I was just trying to support a new local establishment. I saw the chef on the local morning TV show and thought I'd give it try. Food is good though. But, the service.... ??? It should be really simple. It's a deli style establishment. I'm not asking for white cloth service, but just answering a simple question in a simple manner would fine.

I went to make a delivery and could not walk out without purchasing something...everything looks I went for the lemon 2 pieces, walked out and 10 minutes later went back for 4 more. Price very resonable.
