I went there with my 18 year old daughter. She wanted to get her hair colored the "ombre" way. Light on the bottom and dark on top. The lady that was doing her hair (Kim) said that she doesn't think that it would look good. She thinks that it should be done this way (which ended up being the way she wanted to do it). So I told her that that's not what my daughter wants. She started to explain what she was going to do and made it sound like she was going to do the "ombre" but a little darker. When she was done it was just dark highlights in her hair. I'm sorry but if someone is in there paying for your service you should do what they ask for. Even if you think it's not going to look good. But it just seems like she didn't want to do the extra work that was required to do that look. As soon as she was done she rushed out of there. I had a blond who did my hair and she was great. She took her time and made sure that everything came out right. She just didn't really get how I wanted my hair. I'm an Asian woman who walked out of there basically blond! My highlights were so blond that she should've just dyed my whole head blond! And it's getting lighter everyday!!!!! She was very nice, but I don't think I'll go back. I think that if you're going to pay a $185 and $125 for your hair, you should be very very pleased. We were far from that. Now I know why they call it Amnesia salon. They're hoping you have amnesia so you can't remember how bad the service is. I've never went to a place for a paid service and have the person tell me that she doesn't think it'll look good on me. I'm so disappointed.

WOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!! Just had one of the best facials I have ever experienced in my life. The estheticians name was Corinna. Very sweet and friendly! Everything during the facial was sooo relaxing and felt great!! She took all my concerns about my skin into consideration and gave me a facial that left my skin feeling rejuvinated and radiant! Definantly recommend this salon/spa and Corinna for facials!

Beware of Annie. She is very rude and clearly dislikes her profession. She doesn’t say hello, nor does she introduce herself. Her pedicure service was extremely fast and lazy. A friend and I went in during my birthday weekend for pedicures. Janet greeted us and offered wine. My friend had Grace who was amazing and very sweet. The massage part of service did not extend past my ankles and had hardly any pressure. I tried to tell her that it was my birthday weekend and I was especially looking forward to the massage part. She kind of gave me a look but continued. As she was putting on my fake sandals, I asked her if she was done because that was the quickest massage I’d ever had. I said that even the $20 places do a better job. She gave me a look again and asked if I wanted her to rub more. I said no because there was no way I could have enjoyed it if she did. As she was almost finished with painting my first foot, my friend’s had just barely started her massage part. Her’s extended all the way up her calf and was significantly longer than mine. Watching this I became more and more annoyed and I lost it. My friend and I both got the same pedicure and the same time and receive completely different levels of service. Annie pretty much yelled back at me that if I wanted a massage that I should have paid for one, that if I had been here before that I should have requested someone, that she even used reflexology and I probably don’t even know what reflexology is! I told her exactly what reflexology is, that she was giving me attitude in her face and she started the service rudely by not introducing herself as Grace had and I didn’t even know her name, she said, “Annie, my name is ANNIE!” There are other things that happened, Janet was both nice and rude that day, but I'm trying to keep this short. When my husband spoke to Sebastian he said that alcohol was a factor and that I was cursing. I had half to one glass of wine before and during the incident and Grace poured me one after this happened. Then later Sebastian called him back and offered a free massage. I will not be taking him up on that offer. If you go there, ask for Grace and if you get Annie...RUN!

My boyfriend and I experienced recently a couple massage in this salon. Just one word : AMAZING! We've been taken care by TWEETY (her nickname). She spent time to take care of us, very profesional technician. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed her service and surely come back to this salon. I recommend this salon to everyone.
