Best physical therapy office in Charlotte. John and his team are amazing ...very professional and freindly. Always started my therapy on time...with clear directions. I couldn't even bend my knee or stand for more than a hour my first week. With John's consistent training Iam back to my regular schedule of working-out and work duties. Thank you John and your wonderful team for dilligently working to get me back to my normal.

This Practice is the best in so many ways. I received excellent care from them two years ago for Vertigo. This year when I sustained an injury in an auto accident I chose to return to them for the physical therapy portion of my recovery rather than start with someone new. Again, I received the utmost care professionally and medically. I am now using the Massage Therapist, Tom for maintenance therapy. One can go to a masseuse for stress relief, etc. I go to Tom for muscle, joint and nerve pain relief. He explains where the pain is coming from and how that area affects the body. He doesn't just supply relaxation, he provides relief of pain!!!! This group of people, from therapist, to office staff, to masseuse are A+++ in every way.

I received Physical therapy on my ankle after breaking it in a car crash. I waited six months before doing any physical therapy... I was having trouble walking, but after going to Steele Creek Physical Therapy for a few week, my condition has greatly improved. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Jon, Brandon, and the rest of the crew are awesome! I found myself needing physical therapy after a serious injury and I was confident in their ability to get me back on my feet from the initial visit. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and I can honestly say I had fun and worked hard every time I was there. I would recommend Steele Creek PT and Balance Center to ANYONE who finds themselves needing physical therapy!

The staff is incredibly nice and extremely efficient. I never had a long wait for any of my appointments. Dr. Morrissette and Brandon were instrumental in the quick healing of my sports injury. I would recommend Steel Creek Physical Therapy & Balance Center to everyone.

I have been going for about 7 weeks now and have such a positive experience. Brandon and John are both great. Everyone is super friendly. I highly recommend them if you require physical therapy.

I have recently begun massage therapy in treatment for syndrome that I have come down with in the past three months. Thomas, the massage therapist at Steele Creek physical therapy, is absolutely excellent. He is extremely professional and his bedside manner is unrivaled. When I first started my treatment I was barely able to walk due to tightness and soreness in Hamstrings. Thomas took the Time to listen and understand my maladies. He then formulated a schedule of treatments to meet my needs. I've been receiving treatment once a week for the last two months and am happy to report that my mobility has increased significantly and my pain has decreased greatly. I would highly recommend Thomas as a massage therapist for any therapeutic needs I had Rotator Cuff surgery in September 2014. My Doctors explained to me that I would be in physical therapy for at least six weeks. My first day at Steele Creek, as I met Jon and the crew, I knew that i was in good hands. They made sure that I was constantly working, but were also very understanding of the pain that I was experiencing, After three weeks of therapy, I went back for a follow up visit with my surgeon, who was absolutely stunned with my range of motion, not to mention the strength that i'd gained in my shoulder. I was able to return to work after four weeks of therapy rather than six, and was completely released from doctor restrictions after six weeks. It's now February, 5 months after my surgery, and my shoulder is absolutely perfect. Thanks to Dr. Jon and the staff at Steele Creek! They're the best in the business!!!

Did not have a great experience. Therapist works with many other patients at the same time. Does not allow any room for missing appointments. Cannot recommend this practice. Very disappointing.
