Hi Lara,

I deeply regret that you had a poor experience with our company while attempting to retain our services. I take our customer service very seriously. I pride myself on what I consider a very friendly and approachable team. As a business owner, if this is not coming across in our interactions with the public, I very much want to know why this is the case and what I can do to fix it.

If you are located in Santa Barbara, would I be able to take you out to lunch to understand what we did wrong, and what I can personally do to improve our customer service operations for future customers? Though I recognize it may be too late, I would also remedy the interaction we had. If an in person visit is too forward, I'd be happy to discuss over the phone, or even an email (though I much prefer to communicate re these types of matters in person/ voice.)
