Helping Good People, With Bad Debt
Introduction

Personal Bankruptcy Canada Inc (PBC) is a nationwide network of independent Trustee practices dedicated to helping 'good people deal with bad debt'. As our name suggests our associated Trustees specialize in personal bankruptcy, however many of them also service corporate bankruptcy.

Our network of professionals share a common set of values based upon strong business ethics and exceptional client service.

Personal Bankruptcy Canada, Inc. CEO; Trustee in Bankruptcy at Personal Bankruptcy Canada; passionate about helping others find debt solutions

David Smith is the CEO & Co-Founder of Canada’s popular Bankruptcy Trustee and Information site; Personal Bankruptcy Canada.   The Personal Bankruptcy Canada site offers  free online resources and the ability for Canadians to reach out to Bankruptcy Trustees in their region. David originally got into this line of work because he is good with numbers, but discovered that as a trustee he could work with people one-on-one and make a positive difference in their lives.

David also participates at a number of sites on the Internet, offering information to help others understand bankruptcy and the many bankruptcy alternatives, such as consumer proposals, that are available to them.
