It took Entourage 3 episodes, but that great old school writing style is finally back. Very exciting!

Yet another flick I am anxiously awaiting.
Check out the red band 'Drive' trailer for an early look at Nicolas Wending Refn's gritty crime-thriller, starring Ryan Gosling as an efficient getaway driver for hire.

Hands down one of the worst customer experiences I have ever come across. I was convinced to sign up for one of their plans to save money and hassle; don't waste your time or money. Unreturned phone calls, an extremely rude technician and managers who never follow through on promises. We have had the motor on our AC unit fail twice. We paid for a replacement and less than a year later were told we had to replace it again and the part was not covered (AirTron only guarantees their labor). After arguing with a service manger (Julia) we were told it would be replaced at no cost. I was also told it would take 24-48 hrs to get the part in and that she would call me. It's now been 1 week and 3 voicemails (no return call). I still have no idea where the part is, when it's expected (I was told Monday the latest...tomorrow is Wed) or anything else. We have 14 month twins who haven't been sleeping because of how hot our second floor is. We are disgusted by these folks.

I contacted CLIP after seeing a neighbors lawn being taken care of. I love taking care of our lawn, but the lawnmower busted in the midst of the rainforest type rain that we recently received. Our lawn was pretty long, and common sense would lead one to believe that you would bag the clippings. Having never used CLIP before, apparently this is not covered in their service; no matter how horrible someone's lawn looks afterwards. One of the lawn care guys was blowing the clippings around our yard using the leaf blower; apparently seeing how bad the lawn looked. He made it worse. I tried speaking to the driver and was told he did not speak English well and did not understand. I asked him to at the very least go over the grass once again and I would pay them for the work. I went to get a rake, to start cleaning some areas up, and when I came back they were gone. I ended up raking up all of the clippings for over an hour and bagging it myself. The mower also missed a bunch of areas; leaving the lawn with uneven grass in many areas. Extremely disappointing experience with this lawn care service. Would never recommend them to anyone.

If you are looking to have your pre-finished hardwood floors refinished, then I do not recommend Aladdin. We were promised that our floors could be sanded and refinished (after our floors were damaged by a painter). The sales rep was at our house 3 times and assured me that our floors would be returned to their original state. We made a half-up-front deposit to begin the process. The day of, the worker from Aladdin arrived and informed us that not only would our floors NOT look like they did before, but that he NOR Aladdin had never repaired 3/4" pre-finished hardwood floors. This was a total contradiction from the information that was given to us by the sales rep and in-store sales person. We ended up having the manager (Majid, Bassir and another worker) at our house close to 9PM after spending the entire day trying to resolve the problem. The manager argued with us and refused to let me speak with the owner of the store. In the end, we demanded our deposit be refunded. They have lost our business forever and we will not recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I went in for a couples massage. I felt like I had one of the best massages ever, from Christian. She applied the perfect amount of pressure, and listened to my request to focus on my back and neck. A lot of places don't listen, from our experiences. One of the best massages ever, in one of the most awkward and unwelcoming "Spa" atmospheres. If M3 would move into a warm and inviting facility, we would both be regulars.

My wife and I had an across-the-board wonderful experience at the The Dupont Circle Hotel. I called in advance to see what arrangements could be made to make the most of our final weekend getaway before our baby boys arrive in February. I worked one-on-one with the guest services manager (Cole), to create an environment that was romantic, and as comfortable as possible. We ended up staying in a suite on Level 9 with a perfect sized room, a sitting area (that was a bit uncomfortable for anyone over 6 feet) and an awesome bathroom with heated tiles, heated towels, a separate soaking tub with candles and bath salts. The shower was larger than a walk-in closet, with the ever-elusive and perfect water pressure that most hotels lack. The entire hotel staff was more friendly and accommodating than most of our experiences at the luxury hotels such as The Ritz and Four Seasons. We received early check-in and late checkout, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay; not worrying about being out of the hotel immediately following brunch. Our breakfast at Café Dupont was outstanding. While you need to order hash browns, bacon...etc as a side dish, we found the final price to be quite reasonable. We will definitely be coming back, and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay here!

We spent our 6th anniversary at Restaurant Nora on Saturday night. I am sure we will find our way back here...some day. Our waiter seemed angry, was not attentive, and was flat out rude. I requested a nice, quiet and special table. Upon arrival, this 'special' table was not ready. We waited 30 mins and were sat in the middle of the restaurant, only to be moved to a table right next to it. Pretty disappointing, given the wonderful atmosphere at Nora. I had the braised short ribs, and was impressed. Perfect portions! My wife had the Duck. While flavorful, it was very tough and chewy. Cherry Pie was the best we had ever had. Decent food, horrible service all packaged in a wonderfully beautiful atmosphere that, on this occasion went to waste.

I can honestly say that we have never had such a horrible customer experience with any company, ever. It took CTI 5 months to get to the point where they could provide us with a quote for replacing our 3/4" hardwood floors. Potentially a great deal of business would have gone there way, but not after 5 months and terrible customer service. I used the contact form on CTI's website out of pure desperation to get someone to help us, and the Director of Operations responded....then he too, vanished. My wife and I were provided with a quote for work, and never received any follow up. We decided that it was time to use another company, one who wanted to work and provide a service for a pretty expensive price. CTI lost us as a customer, we filed a complaint with Ryan Homes and also alerted anyone who is looking for help with your floors. Look elsewhere. If you need assistance in the Frederick area, I would love to help...as CTI sure won't.
