My desk is one of the messiest
Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein, and Mark Twain. What is one thing these three visionaries have in common? They all had very messy workspaces.

Scary pseudoscience...

Whole Foods Market is a relentlessly hip American supermarket chain which prides itself on organic fruits and vegetables, gluten-free just-about-everything, and high-end touches like wine bars and exotic take out items (roasted yucca, anyone?). The health products aisle is stocked with Bach Flower and homeopathic remedies.

But I recently saw a product in the checkout line that was so filled with over-the-top quackery and so shocking in its disregard for the public’s health that I haven’t been back to Whole Foods since. And I won’t be going back. Read more: http://ow.ly/vVy2R

The difference between shaking and stirring for drinks composed entirely of liquids of approximately the same specific gravity is foremost a matter of speed (shaken drinks chill faster), partly a matter of aesthetics (i.e., to maintain the clarity of the result), and slightly a matter of taste; shaking dispels peroxides more rapidly.

Technically a Vesper is not a martini since it employs vodka in addition to gin, but this line has blurred in recent times.  The bottom line is that most martinis are properly stirred, and Bond is actually being rather gauche, not sophisticated.  Friends of Ian Fleming confide that Fleming himself was not very sophisticated when it came to mixology and repeated only the limited experience to which he had been exposed.  He created Bond as a cognoscenti rebel -- or so he believed.

Clarity is part of the Manhattan's presentation, so it should be stirred, not shaken.  This is true with most drinks composed of clear spirits.

Another Manhattan, with the cherry but improper glassware (didn't want to dirty another glass). Judge me as you will

Your somewhat friendly gay atheist computer geek
Introduction
As the tagline said, I'm a gay atheist computer geek that loves beautiful algorithms to beautiful men and everything in between.

I get little urges to build contraptions from time to time and have a wonderful time doing so and many times making tutorials after they are done so that others can follow in my footsteps. Some of my latest builds have been surrounding hookah, aquaponics, ZFS, and Debian.

I'm a complete introvert but appear to be extroverted when in a social situation, if I tell you that I want to be alone it's not because I don't like you nor because I need to be pulled out, I just need some time to recover.

I do have a very kinky and dark side that I show here and there but flit around in public like a little kid. Very ADHD and distracted by bright shiny objects as I flit from place to place. Best of luck to you in keeping up both physically and mentally.
