The service at Uno was some of the best I've had in Baltimore. I enjoyed a delicious and rather huge entrée of Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken and it was filling and delicious. I especially recommend sitting out on the balcony when the weather is amenable for a view of the Inner Harbor that simply cannot be beat.

Food took about :40 to come out. My steak was well done (DRY) instead of medium. Another dish, the salmon was dry, oh, and my salad came out about a minute and a half before my meal…other than that, our server was great! No complaints about her at all.

Individual size deep dish wasn't cooked all the way. brought it back and it was black on top. beer glass smelled like the well at the bar....sour funky smelling glass. The beer tastes fine. Just not the glass. really disappointing. undercooked then overcooked food and a stinky beer glass. Go somewhere else.

Serivce was terrible. First a 40 min wait which isn't the bad part. We had no service for atleast 30 mins after being seated the excuse was "oh I saw drinks (from the bar) on the table and I though you were all good". Waiter kept missing things to the meal and orders got messed up. Only bonus to this place was the free dessert for the wait.

Had to wait an hour to sit down and at least 15 tables were open. Hardly any service at all. High chair has no middle support my daughter almost fell through the chair. Took half an hour to get drinks. Not sure on food we just ended up leaving. Do not eat at this restaurant! Floor was filthy trash food and dirty dishes everywhere. Staff no uniform whatsoever. Many of the employees looked homeless. Very unorganized waiting. We sat here until the BAR TENDER came over and took our order ten minutes later a waitress comes to take our order. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I usually love Uno, but this one was horrible. The restaurant was not busy, maybe 5 other tables. Service was extremely slow. There were at least 3 other emloyees I saw standing around doing nothing. The food wasn't bad. Drinks were okay, but how does a restaurant in Maryland run out of a beer made in Maryland?! Come on now, I could walk to the nearest liquor store and pick it up no problem. The restaurant was dirty...seats and tables sticky, windows had some kind of dirt on them. I would never go back which is ashame because I usually love Uno.

Worst restaurant experience I have had in at least a decade if not ever. The hostess, Katie was the only positive in the half hour we spent there. We never received even a glass of water before we simply left after informing the manager we were doing so. Let me point out before I begin that I have been a bartender for over 20 years and my husband is an executive chef of a 200 seat capacity restaurant that brings in close to $90,000 a week in revenue. We are both fully versed in the understanding of how a restaurant is supposed to work. Katie was pleasant and helpful but once we got past the 5-10 minute wait which we determined (due to discussion in front of guests at the hostess stand) was simply because the servers did not want to be double-sat, everything went completely downhill.The server, Sade, stopped by to tell us she would be over soon but that the table next to us had been seated right before us and she needed to get to them first. She took a drink order from them and disappeared. 5 minutes later she came to our table and took an order for our drinks (a Blue Moon for my husband, a chocolate milk for our 4 year old daughter and a virgin Pina Colada for me as I am 7 months pregnant as I write this). We also ordered our daughters Safari chicken nuggets so she could begin her lunch. We never received another table visit again, from anyone. Never got our drinks, never placed our order, never saw our server. We were sitting inside right next to the bar, particularly the service bar area. It was 2:30 in the afternoon. There were 2 guests at the bar and nowhere near a full dining room or even a full outside despite the fact that it was a beautiful 75degree day. After 10 minutes more of waiting I observed the bartender (difficulty even using that word) pull off a ream of service tickets from the printer. There did not even seem to be that many tables present to provide that many tickets. She then threw them down and exclaimed, "well, whatever, I don't even got no juice." Yes that is a direct quote. Double negative aside this is where we began to discuss leaving. I began to develop concern that I would actually receive a drink without alcohol and my 4 year old was repeating, "I'm thirsty" just about every 2 minutes. Fast forward another 5-10 minutes and we realized the table that was seated before us also did not have even their drinks yet. We calmly gathered our belongings and as we made our way to the exit I informed the manager on duty we were leaving. He asked if there was any way he could change our mind but it was far from salvageable at this point. I have NEVER left a restaurant in this fashion before. We are both fully aware of the struggles it takes to run a restaurant and yet nothing that happened here is even vaguely acceptable. They were not full, it was not lunch/dinner rush or even happy hour. They were not understaffed as I could see how many servers were working, or rather not working. I cannot think of a situation that would make me want to visit this establishment, or even another affiliate again. I close this comment in the same fashion I began it...... Worst restaurant experience ever.
