Similarities to the Kickstarter product design / technology project dilemma. But a seemingly much different response in terms community management and engagement to resolve things reasonably while still embracing the evolution of their vision and business.

Hello Google+ friends! I would like to ask for your help. I'm part of a great team building and launching an exciting new startup called SmartThings, and the more likes we can get for our Facebook page (I know, I know!), the better our chances for a great official launch will be.

Our goal is at least 1,000 likes, so every one counts. Please pass along to friends, too!

I'm really excited to be a part of this. More details to come, so please tune in. Thank you!
