Cassandra Lordie QUITTERE (DESIR) is a Haitian-American singer who was born from a Christian family with two brothers and one sister. Her greatest influence was her father. He was musically inclined, sang tenor and also played the guitar. Coming from such a background, it's no surprise Cassandra took interest in music. With support from her father, she began singing with the choir at their home church. Growing up, her fondest memories are of her and her sister singing along with their father as he practiced on his guitar at home. Her musical background ranges from Gospel to classical styles. Her passion for music grew stronger in time. She became tied to the art and gave herself as much exposure as possible. She sang at church groups, friendly gatherings, at parties and at school whenever the opportunity arose.
