The guys and gals there at Atchley have always been so helpful and friendly. I don't even know exactly how many cars we have purchased there at Atchley but it's quite a few. They are our #1 stop when looking for vehicles. Nick and Judd are the nicest guys. Nick was so eager to get my Sync set up for me so I wouldn't have to mess with it and he wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Even if Atchley didn't have the awesome deals they have right now, I'd still stick with them because of the service I receive when taking the vehicles in for maintenance.

i bought my 2005 escape 2 years ago and i love it. nick williams was great and i will buy from him again. the problem is the brake line broke and a took it in. it was my 2nd repair. i was quoted over 700 for new brake lines and bleed. and told sway bar was broke and needed replaced another 290. total of 1000 dollars. my last repair went that way too. till they got to well over 1000. had it towed to AME auto. brake stuff came to 450. and told only sway bar end was broke. which was something anyone can do. saved myself 550. will not go back.

We double checked the pricing on the brake hoses via our pricing guide, and we did give you the correct estimate. The reason you can get cheaper hoses elsewhere, is because they are not factory from Ford. We understand you wanting to go with the cheaper option, and can’t blame you for that. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will be looking into the cost of this specific repair to possibly offer a non-factory part option for future customers. Atchley service is superb. Timely, fair priced, considerate and dependable are all words that describe the Atchley approach to service. The Atchley car buying experience should be a model for all dealerships. The sales staff was sincere, thorough and direct, all positive factors appreciated by a consumer who is about to make a major investment. We stopped into the dealership to just browse and ended up buying that same day! "Our salesman Nick Williams, was wonderful to work with and very thorough; answered all of our questions. He not only gave us a test ride in the vehicle that we were interested in, but also another upgraded version with additional bells and whistles. He even called the next day after purchase to check up on our likes and dislikes of the vehicle. A great salesman to work with and we will recommend him to friends and relatives, as well as this dealership.

This is the second time in a year that we bought a car from Atchley Ford. The first time was used and today we bought a new Ford Fusion Hybrid. These guys are awesome! We worked with Dennis Collins and Judd Gulizia; they treated us like friends. We got a great price on the new car as well as our trade in. We never felt pressured to buy and they worked hard to get us the perfect car. I highly recommend going to Atchley Ford. Tell them that Kate Warren sent you and be prepared to be impressed!

My car was on its last legs and I needed to get into something quickly. Based on my monthly budget, I was thinking I would be getting into something in the 2000-2004 range with 100,000 miles or more. A family member that has dealt with Bob Sledge before recommended that I go talk to him. Very glad I did. Bob asked what my monthly payment range was and walked me right to a 2008 Focus with only 56,000 miles. My initial thought was "there's no way I can afford this." We went for a test drive and I liked the car, but was still wondering if I could afford it. With no haggling, Atchley worked the finances, etc. until it was right where I needed my monthly payments to be along with a reasonable price for the car. Matt Fiene, the finance guy, gave the usual extra warranty sales pitch, etc., but was not pushy about it at all; he was very easy going and professional. Atchley and Bob turned an extremely stressful time into a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car. I do not give out reviews or recommendations very often, but I have no hesitation whatsoever recommending that Atchley be a place to stop when you are looking to buy a car.
