This Airstream has a completely new plumbing supply and drain system, new lights and electrical appliances, new flooring, new paint, new fabrics, plus the exterior has been completely polished and upgraded. If there’s such a thing as a “Mom Cave,” this is it. This 48-year-old Airstream was transformed for a Malibu Mom into her remote office and guesthouse.

This 17-footer has the built-in value of a rare vintage Airstream, with completely new systems, fixtures, and appliances inside.  It’s ideal as a mobile office, guesthouse or travel trailer for one or two people — with all the comforts and amenities of a much larger unit.

Customized and designed by Hofmann Architecture's owner himself, the interior of this airstream features bamboo countertops, table, and floors; recycled glass tile in the bathroom; durable fabrics; low-VOC paints and stains; with an unmistakably-contemporary design and clean lines.

This Hofmann Architecture renovation is polished and extremely trendy. Some of her special features include custom cabinetry, covered with soft and seductive Cape Hatteras paint, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances that were installed atop a Sorrel Corian counter top that reflects a blend of rich chestnut tones that range from reddish-gold, to deep burgundy, and chocolate, and wide plank hickory floors. Rita comes with many other luxuries as well! Check out her photos for more details.

Sophia is one classy, authentic Airstream. What you see is what you get. There’s no pretense here. Pure, simple, natural beauty inside-out. Classic lines, minimal makeup, honest materials. To enhance its usefulness the owners wanted Sophia to act in dual roles as a guesthouse and playroom for their family to enjoy with two active children. The owners even built their own bunk bed from actual old, retired, reclaimed wood pallets from the owner’s shipping company, Craters & Freighters. Think ingenious reuse.

Wanda is a Hofmann Architecture custom design, that has several unique qualities due to the fact that she was built for an Australian client. Thanks to HofArc’s designers and pro metal masters the front door was swapped from right to left side for Australian highway compliance. The best part of this 27 footer is it’s truly family-friendly floor plan offers two separate sleeping spaces for maximum convenience and privacy. A mid-kitchen and bathroom share the center of the coach, allowing for separate dining/sleeping in the front and a closed door sleeping space in back.
