There is an art to life. When this entity (Phantom Culture) isn't immortalizing musicians or doing other projects, like creating the world's largest walk-by art exhibit (The Phantom Art Gallery - subsequently imitated by major cities across North America), it is involved in things that bring hope and happiness. One such activity is recycling scrap bikes into the stuff dreams are made of for poor and at-risk children. Whoever thinks starving artists can't change the world are less than with it.
In the summer of 2013, The Phantom Director, who certainly ranks as a starving artist, rebuilt over 45 bicycles for kids and handicapped adults - and gave them away. The Bicycle Recycle Project is just one more example of - we do what we want because no one said we couldn't. At times, this intrepid artist would go hungry so he could afford to buy replacement inner tubes.
