Do you have a stress-related condition such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome? You may think of stress as being the big things: money worries, relationship issues, pressure of work. But often it’s the little daily stressors you might not be aware which have the biggest impact. www.lovetum.com explains why.

This is an excellent article which highlights the dangers of sugar. Unfortunately it doesn't point out that synthetic sweeteners are not a healthy alternative.

What would you do if you weren't afraid?
Failure and fear

The thought of failure leaves people paralysed  Rather than improve our lives, we instead grind to a halt. This will probably cause the very failure we fear. It's a human paradox...

This is anxiety rather than fear. The difference lies in our perception; fear can be rational. Anxiety is never so: it is needless stress created by our perception.

In fact, failure rarely matters. You'll still have you limbs... your life. We imagine it to be the end of the world. It is just another step forwards. The map is not the terrain, and your thoughts are not the reality.

- What do you want?
- What stops you?
- What would you do if you knew you could not fail?

All important questions to ask; the answer lies in your perspective. Cut your view of failure down-to-size, and inertia gives way to willingness ...
