Manoj Kumar (AIT staff) at ICT Academy Conclave 2016:

Manoj Kumar, AIT Palakkad: Taught for first time, best teacher award : Resource person at ICT Academy Educational Conclave of KTU.

Experienced faculty in the field of construction, a natural performer at theater and cinema, Manoj Kumar at the age of 51 started his career as a faculty of civil engineering department at AIT Palakkad. More than lecture and classes, he is one of the best faculty who facilitates the environment to let the learner easily understand. The excellent performance of Manoj Kumar at theater proves that he had that in born skill to perform in a natural way. The success of an artist dwells in his ability to sense the pulse of audience and being lively.

At the very first attempt he became the best teacher. It was from this experiment a new crystal formed to grow from within. No one felt like attending class, maybe because he was not simply teaching but facilitating a better learning process. Taking advantage of the artistic skills he continued and the focus of students just flowed in. He also remembered to share his unique way he employed to engage students at the Grama Samskrithy 2015. This made Biju a Sanskrit scholar (BA, MA and BEd all in Sanskrit) to express her sincere opinion by saying, if she had a Mathematics teacher like him, she must have excelled in that subject. Recognizing his expertize, Manoj Kumar was recommended as a resource person for the ICT Academy Education Conclave for KTU (Kerala Technological Univ.) in Trivandrum last week. Being the only presenter from a private college in Kerala, he shaped the first day forenoon session professionally. Really gratified to announce Manoj Kumar, a facilitator who outshined from every other presenters at his prime pursuit teaching at AIT Palakkad and to influence the learners.
