BJs: Served my wife a 12$ glass of wine from a bottle that had clearly been left open to oxidize. Stated that they were unable to bring my wife another glass because they did not have another bottle open of what she ordered. Did not realize my entre was never brought to the table until the check was delivered and I asked that it be removed. Did comp the 12$ glass of wine when the revised version of my check was delivered. Was polite but barely apologetic. We did not speak to a manager.

They have four large TV's at the bar with three sports channels on and Fox News. Why would they have a political station on period? Especially one as polarising as FN unless they're trying to make a political statement. No thanks.

The menu is a little, well no it is, OVERWHELMING. They many many great choices, but just so much of everything. Their drink menu is outstanding. The only thing that I do not like at this location is that I have yet to have a good server. Which is a big thumbs down in my book. oh and hey they are always on GOOGLE OFFERS, now go get an offer!

There are so many choices here for food and each one that I've tried I've always enjoyed it. I don't think I've heard any complaints for this place. They brew their own beers there, I like the "pink" beer is what I call it, it's the Berry Cider. So good. Love this place.

One of my go to places when people can't decide, their menu is really extensive and there is something for everyone. I really enjoy the potato skins they are terrible for you I'm sure but they are so good it's hard to resist. The menu has so many options, the deep dish pizza is good and so is the southern chicken dish. I really just go for the dessert giant cookie! Now they have a mini one so you don't have to share! This place can get crowded but there is so much room in there the wait isn't very long. Went here again recently and they were so crowded due to Soccer and the order for our appetizer was rushed and messed up. The manager was more than willing to take them off and even offered us dessert. She went above and beyond what she needed to do, I will most definitely return and recommend on the shear fact she actually cared and stopped by. That is why I changed my rating from a 4 to a 5. Customer service.

Sometimes the service is a little slow (I avoid lunch here) but the food is pretty good, especially for a group. The have lots to choose from. I am a huge fan of the Ahi Tuna Poke and of course the pizookies.

I love the convenience of this place--rarely more than a 20 min wait, great for groups, extensive menu for different food preferences, and a variety of alcoholic options if you'd like a drink without ostracizing your prego friends. I always get a pizookie (pizza cookie). You can even ask them to split cookie flavors in one pizookie!

I've been to a few BJ locations and the Arbor Walk one is the worst one. The service was standard, but our pizza arrived cold. Cold deep dish pizza isn't very desirable to me. They do offer handmade flavored sodas which are delicious and the pizzooki desserts are really indulgent and great! They do commonly offer deals via Google Offers or Groupon, so if you are looking to try it out make sure you're saving a little money too.
