This was truly a hero.  A great man and an honor to know him even if briefly.
Growing up in his father's drugstore, lifelong Mobilian and pharmacist Eugene Cox learned the family business at a young age, just as his father did before him. When the time came for Cox to take over the business himself, it was his tireless dedication to the health of his community of friends and neighbors that ultimately gave him the recognition of "Dr. Cox."

Our policy is being discontinued so we can have Affordable Care Act defined policy that is 45% more expensive.  Our HSA will soon be illegal.  Yep.  Everything better now than ever!
In the first circle of Dante’s Hell, things aren’t so bad: The unbaptized and the virtuous pagans get to kick back, forever, with Homer and Ovid, watch Julius Caesar and Saladin do the limbo, etc. But things take a pretty sharp turn for the worse thereafter: Paris, Tristan, and Cleopatra get buffeted about by the winds of lust in the second circle, Cavalcante de’ Cavalcanti suffers a ghastly punishment for his heresy in the sixth, and soon enough...

Raises some great questions about minimum wage among other things.  http://timcburgess.blogspot.com/2014/10/why-blame-republicans.html
There is a possibility that some may actually awaken to see the exploitation of the poor for the sake of big government-business party. In the tradition of Frederick Douglass this video clip appears to show some of the awake...

Great quote from a great article: "A tax system ought to be designed to obtain the necessary revenue with the least amount of damage to the economy and the civil liberties of the citizens. The present tax system gets a failing grade on both accounts. Promising special provisions to those who will provide campaign funds is a temptation that some politicians seem not to be able to resist. A simple flat tax or consumption tax would take care of many problems."  http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/apr/13/richard-rahn-abolishing-the-irs/
Abolish the Internal Revenue Service? IRS Commissioner John Koskinen has said the government must have an IRS to collect the taxes to fund the government. Mr. Koskinen is right that no matter what kind of tax system we have, there needs to be a tax collection bureau. But those in favor of abolishing the present IRS are correct in that the United States certainly can get along perfectly well without the politicized, abusive and rights-trampling ta...

Nice pool. Nice games. If you have anything to do over the internet then forget this place. The Tango internet connections are cumbersome, slow and almost useless. My daughter has gotten to the point that she says "Oh no. The KOA internet is just like all the other KOA's. It doesn't work." Instead of a cabin I guess we should have checked into a motel where the internet actually works. Geesh.

Fabulous church, great school with caring teachers & great administration! The greatest of all assets is having a staff and administration with Catholic values that follow Catholic teachings and have a staff that live out those teachings
