Yes, I was wondering who flll find out first! :-) And it was not even me who voted you in, it was our "Dutch fraction". I guess happy memorries of OHM2013 may play a role in this ... :-)

What is the story, I hope all good? If you do not make it to 31c3 we should get together before or more likely after. Where are you based in Germany these days? I would like to go and stay few days in Berlin being active in C-Base which I like very much. I would like to make there some "alien contamination" cell :-)

I call this style of cheese "extra belegen" well around 4000 years and made from kefir!

Just the really cool stuff for me - it was most likely made by kefir culture rather than using rennet which means that no young animals which stomach would have to be used were killed. So kefir rocks!

The find is from Western China, the cheese was on the mummified body of woman, the analysis was done by researchers from Saxony, Germany lead by by Andrej and Anna Shevchenkoof.

Introduction
I'm a food&beverage hacker, kvasir if you like. I'm travelling the world, discovering myself on this journey. I believe in unity of human kind and Gaia ,who's natural part we are. I'm an activist within the hacker movement promoting the concept of open and equal access to knowledge and technology and information. I'm working on the materialisation of new paradigm of local, autonomous and sustainable communities integrated in to the higher organised structures. I'm involved mostly on food&beverage and biotechnology end.
