I agree with everything but the pot filler,  that can be purchased & installed under $400.00 so women would dispute this.  There are very expensive ones however, not worth the extra expense.  The problem with too high end commercial stoves/ovens are the BTU's.  Most people are energy conservative and they don't need a stove that sets their face on fire, so semi-commercial will save you thousands.  If too high end though, make sure there isn't going to be a few staffed cooks, when they DO demand the commercial range, ducting and hood.
