We love these gorgeous smelling aromatherapy blends.. The majority of essential oils can't be applied directly to the skin so you'll need about 1/3 of an ounce of carrier oil. We love fractioned coconut oil but olive oil, jojoba or sweet almond will all work. Use along with 10-12 drops of essential oils and apply a small amount to temples..... Enjoy! 😊
