Producer, writer (late night talk show, annual celebrity charity event "The Vision Awards" for blindness, etc.), occasional social media kibitzer.
It says to brag, so all righty then: For the talk show I arranged an "event" where four former Tonight Show writers, one from each host (Allen, Paar, Carson, Leno) each contributed a joke to one show's monologue -- the first time I believe anyone's tried to do that. Also booked a few notables for the show; Eric Roberts, Elliott Gould, Sean Young, Ed Asner, also David Carradine, which was his last talk show appearance (not on purpose though), and introduced "internet celebrities" into the talk show space such as Tila Tequila, Marina "HotForWords" Orlova, Lisa "LisaNova" Donovan. For the charity, one of our projects was "audio description for the blind" of films and TV shows. Some were "Star Wars: Phantom Menace" (Samuel L. Jackson), "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" (Casey Kasem), "Tarzan" (Tony Goldwyn), and "It's a Wonderful Life" which was described by former President George H.W. Bush and was included on the SAP channel with NBC's annual broadcast for several years. (Also special to me was having classic voice actress June Foray describe the "Rocky & Bullwinkle" film.) I also facilitated the first inclusion of a descriptive track on a DVD release, which was Disney's "Tarzan."
