They seem to hire only uninterested people who hate their jobs. Couldnt find anybody who could help me when I was in a hurry. I asked 3 employees for help looking for a basic item and none of them wanted to assist. What I was looking for was behind two teenage employees who couldn't stop flirting to help me move the stock boxes there in front of the product that I needed to purchase. . Reynoldsburg one is far superior.

This is the only FedEx Kinko's location worth going to in Columbus. Trust me I've tried them all numerous times and they just don't have the skills, knowledge and service that this location has.

Great Service! Pan Dan and black sesame were my favorites. They've done a really good job of matching the flavors pretty exactly. Prices were very reasonable and would definitely suggest it to any tourists.

I've tried just about everything on the menu and it was all amazing! Including the Thai iced tea and coffee. Try the mango with sticky rice. This is one of Columbus's best hidden gems.

About five years ago they had great service, quick and helpful. However, things have been on a steady decline since. I keep trying to go back when I need something done quickly but can barely ever get the help that I need. It seems that I either run into a situation where they complain about doing a particular job or The turnaround time is so slow that it's just easier to drive someplace else.

Awful- DO NOT USE FOR PHONE REPAIRS. I went in yesterday to have the camera lens repaired on my phone. My phone was still under warranty and I gave it to them in perfect condition minus, of course the faulty lens. When I picked it up, my lens was not repaired and now my phone was damaged. They had broken the brand-new screen protector I had on it. The exact conversation went as follows.... ME: "I see my phone screen is cracked." HIM: "That probably happened when they took off the screen, do to replace the lens" (Keep in mind they did not replace the lens) ME: "but I gave it to you in great condition. I just bought that a week ago and I hope it would've have lasted me a week" (my old one didn't have a scratch on it just wanted to upgrade to a nicer quality - and this scratch was a huge break going completely from one side to the other) HIM: "So you're saying you're complaining because the the screen protector did exactly what it was supposed to do... protect the screen" ME: (looking absolutely dumbfounded at his response) "Are you going to replace it?" HIM: "There are ones that you can purchase here." I asked to speak to someone in charge and after two requests I finally spoke to either Drew or True - Who quoted "we will purchase one for you..." (still in a little bit of shock, by his choice of words.... purchase one for me? You mean replace the one that you damaged! Their excuse for not replacing my lens was that there was water damage which I am 100% sure was an excuse. The reasons I am so sure is because: 1- my phone has never gotten wet. Not even slightly. 2-as I listen to the customers on either side of me. I noticed a very disturbing trend.... they were not interested in fixing anybody's repairs that might have cost them any out-of-pocket expense HOWEVER, they were very interested in pushing sales on replacement phones. 3-The people to my right of me also gave them a phone that was generally working and received back one that didn't even turn on. I've determined very clearly one conclusion, from not only my experience but the experience on those around me. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM, LOOKING TO PRY ON TOURISTS"
