Basic Information
Horrible.... Try to rip me off after installation. Told me the first year service would be free. Did not not only keep their word and actually performed service by putting his hands over the vent and said looks good and proceeded to be expected to be paid for this service in a very combative way. No stars in fact please do not believe what they promise.

After receiving x-rays, someone from her office called to tell me the results and gave me a fairly scary diagnosis. That person then tried to get off the phone immediately. When I tried to ask questions she said Dr Pacifico would call me later. I proceeded to look up my condition on the Mayo Clinic's website and found out that it wasn't nearly as bad as I had thought. Near the end of the day I got a phone call from a person, who was not Dr Pacifico who attempted to explain my condition. When her information (very basic stuff) conflicted with what I read on the Mayo Clinic's website, I asked if she was a doctor and she responded "I'm the person who knows what your condition is." I asked again and she said "no." I think it is very unprofessional and perhaps unethical to have a non-doctor call a patient to explain their medical condition and answer their medical questions.

They are thieves. I had to attend a wedding on a Saturday and I booked with them on priceline with for an economy car and insurance for $73. When I showed up to get the car, they told me priceline had never charged me and I had to pay again. They then raised the insurance rates and the car rates. I returned the car the next day before the required time with a full tank of gas. When I looked at the bill on my credit card the following week, they had charged $230 and I paid priceline. When I called in they said I brought the car back on Monday (NOT TRUE) charged late fees charged me for full day Sunday including double the insurance costs....I PAID $300 TO RENT A CAR FOR 24HRS
