I've been sticking to a new eating regime (Paleo) and consistently working out for three weeks. Starting to see concrete results, feeling great and it's so exciting! Anyone else doing something similar?
I find it frustrating how much my mood is affected by the daily email I get that lists the signups and cancellations to our SaaS service http://membership.thinkvitamin.com. I'm either happy, or slightly down, depending on the results. Anyone else experience this?
