We are not sure if you called us to give your a quote or not, be we are very transparent in how we price and quote business.  We charge $79 to come out and diagnose a problem or give a quote. All of our quotes are in writing and fully detail what service will be provided.  We stand behind our work 100%.  While our rates may be higher than 1-2 person trade shops, we are very competitive with larger service companies who provide 24 hour/7 day per week service from trained and licensed technicians, plumbers, and electricians.

Our service rate charge of $79 is the cost for us to send a plumber to your home to diagnose the problem.  We will then provide a quote to fix a problem that we find.  

Our rates are based upon having a team of licensed plumbers available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to meet customer needs, often in a plumbing emergency.  Our plumbers also go through 100+ hours of training and we warranty all of our work.  While you may able to find a plumber who will quote a lower rate for the job, often it is not an "apples to apples" comparison.  We have thousands of customers in the greater Cincinnati area who using us for their plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs.

Hi Steph,

We apologize that we could not meet your needs immediately on your broken unit.  At the time our 40+ technicians were handling major AC outages across the city from Apollo customers due to the hot weather.  We do not like to schedule appointments unless we are sure that we can follow-up in a timely manner to meet your needs.  While we may have lost out to a competitor this last time, please do consider us in the future.  We have tens of thousands of satisfied customers in the greater Cincinnati area.

We apologize for any trouble in arriving at the expected time for our service call. We give a 3 hour window for every call and we are able to make that window the majority of time.  During the window of time that you called, we had many customers who had AC emergencies and did the best to meet each of every customer's need in a timely manner.  We also do offer priority service to customers who have an Apollo Care Plan which is a way where ongoing customers get priority service when their AC or furnace goes down.

Once again, we apologize for not arriving on time and please give us another chance to earn your business.

We have a full staff of licensed plumbers who offer 24 hours, 365 days per year service and go through hundreds of hours in training.   Our rates are based on the cost of maintaining and offering that level of service.  We also fully warranty our work.  Preferred customers who are on an Apollo Care Plan qualify for even lower rates.  You can always find a plumber who will offer a lower rate but it is not always an "apples to apples" comparison. We have thousands of customers in the Cincinnati area who use us for their plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs.
